There is a pressure for us all to be in control of our thoughts, feelings and actions amidst the uncertainty of the Coronavirus. Whilst there may be times when we feel like we are on top of things, there will be times when this is not the case. Remembering that no one is perfect can be incredibly helpful notion to hold onto.
